Refund & Return Policy

At Hashim Jewels, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

- The item should be returned with its original packaging.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
